Indian PM Narendra Modi Stated GST As An Unsuccessful Move In 2013

We are all aware that from tomorrow onwards, 15th June 2017, Indian taxation department is moving on to the GST system. It is one of the big achievements as per the BJP government as mentioned in official forums after the Demonetisation move in 2016. Here is the video of Indian Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi declaring GST as an unsuccessful move when he was not in power in 2013 and GST was brought into discussions by Congress govt in 2013.
